Frequently asked questions
Do you travel to the restaurant?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely (menu, numbers, suppliers), with on-site days for kitchen setup, training and the opening when the project needs them.
Can you help with Italian suppliers and imports?
Yes. We connect you with Italian producers and distributors from our network and compare prices so you buy authentic products without overpaying.
Who is behind the consulting?
